Hey, try to relax your jaw/face. I'm sure you have heard that in sprinters, when their jaw and face is most relaxed their upper body has low tension, thus being more fluid and helping them run faster. So try to relax your face, and you may just throw farther. Less facial tension = more fluidity within your upper body = a better throw.
