- Two scoops of my favorite ice cream
- Cookies and glass of milk
- Fruit and Yogurt
- Cereal
The great thing about eating junk food is that if it is eaten at the right time and in proper moderation it is a great way to rejuvenate the mind body and of course, our sweet tooth.
